Walking and Trekking Trip on Mount Eloumdem
Located in the commune of Mbankomo, Mount ELOUMDEN, with its 1,159 m altitude, is one of the main tourist attractions of the commune, with a panoramic view of several districts of Yaoundé. This jewel of nature is part of a rocky chain that extends from Eloundem to Zok-Yie via Okong, Nkomekui and Messebe. Along the route of the mountain, there are places of meditation, caves, crosses on which are hung religious objects left by visitors. Hikers, in addition to communicating with nature, have the opportunity to get closer to the divinity. For those who like the heights, views, and vegetation at 7 km from Yaoundé is located the Mount of Eloumden.
